Global debut of Star Wars: The Force Awakens has set a new record making more than Jurassic World’s $525 million box office. How did Universal react to this? With a very nice greeting picture posted on Twitter by Frank Marshall.

Surpassing Jurassic World with $4 million, Star Wars breaks record every where, although in some countries it hasn’t even been released yet. In China, for example, the film will be released on 9 January, 2016. After that it will make even more huge record breakings.

Because of the enormous demand of tickets, the number of projections has been increased. So, dear Star Wars fans, everyone had the opportunity to watch the production from the first days after the premiere, but you know that spoilers are everywhere on the internet, so run to the cinema to see it until someone breaks your joy with spoilers!

Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Star Wars: The Force Awakens is the continuation of George Lucas Star Wars saga, the action taking place 30 years after “Return of the Jedi”. The premiere was on 18 December, in 3D, IMAX 3D and 4DX.
