Sony and Marvel announced that the new Spider-Man reboot will arrive in cinemas on 7 July 2017, 3 weeks earlier that previous date.
The movie which has Tom Holland as the main character (Spider-Man), was supposed to hit theaters on 28 July 2017, but the date was changed because 7 July was made a free day (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man Tell No Tales supposed to be available on 7 July 2017 but they change the date for this movie too, making it available on 26 May 2017). On 28 July (the supposed date for Spider-Man reboot) Jumanji will hit theaters.
Disney, the mother company of Marvel, has announced that Star Wars Episode VIII, which will be made by Rian Johnson, will no longer be available on 26 May 2017, but instead on 15 December 2017 saying that this date is better for this kind of release because of the holidays.
Here is the list:
26 May 2017 — Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man Tell No Tales
7 July 2017 — Spider-Man Reboot
28 July 2017 — Jumanji Reboot
15 December 2017 — Star Wars Episode VIII
